I like the Gigabyte just because I have had problems with my MSI x99s board when it came to flashing the BIOS. I first flashed the BIOS through the Windows tool provided and the BIOS bricked. I switched to the secondary BIOS and tried using the one for the Flash Drive but had issues with getting it to work because it did not like Free DOS and they had no Linux version. They provided a Flash Drive with my board yet they did not make it bootable and with the tools need to Flash my BIOS so after lots of trial and error I was able to do it by booting with my secondary BIOS, going into the UEFI, switching my BIOS back to the primary that was bricked and Flashing through the UEFI and I had to figure it out on my own with no help from MSI. All...

You know what bothers me tho the price diference between those 4 motherboards! (the 2 i think of chosing and the 2 you suggested)i dont mean to offend you nor i have any great knowledge over this topic, but i really think ,especially the asus one, that they are not at the same level...tho i would want to hear ore opinions because im still undecided 😀

All they told me was switch to the secondary BIOS and don't Flash.

Long story short, I can not recommend MSI because of buggy tools and lack of good support.

The other thing is the lack of good water blocks for MSI boards. 😛 I know you probably will not water cool but I love the selection that was available through EK for Gigabyte boards.

As for ASUS, they are awesome boards and I usually recommend them when budget is not an issue but a little of their price is the name especially if you get a ROG board. If money is not an issue go ASUS because their boards look awesome.
