Which motherboard to get?

I'm gonna be doing some overcloking maybe.
On my intel core i5 3450S with hyper 212 evo if thats possible. Boost it up to 3.5ghz
Gonna be getting a good GPU like gtx 760 hawk or something.

So which one to get. This is kind of a silly question since there are so many.
I was thinking ASROCK Z77 PRO3 but what do you think. Also I need it to be a big motherboard because I have one now and I can barley fit my RAM and Hyper 212 evo and gpu can't fit there no way. So yea let me know what you think thanks!

You can't overclock that processor. It would be a waste to get a z77 motherboard

One guy once said : To all the people that say you can't overclock CPU that don't have K at the end are wrong,you can over overclock any processor.

And what does the S mean at the end and also why does intel say it can be turbo boost to 3.5ghz?
