Which motherboard to pick

Good morning/evening/night to you guys.Well,i´ve been looking to upgrade my motherboard and my ram,mine is a Gigabyte HA-H110M-H DDR3. And I simply can´t decide between some motherboards...mainly Gigabyte GA-H170-GAMING 3 and MSI H170 Gaming M3.The things I´m looking for are an ATX motherboard, ddr4 memory and a good gaming performance.Could someone help and/or suggest other products at the same price range?
oh,and here are my pc specs:
intel i5 6600k (I dont plan on overclocking yet so this is not a problem)
Pny gtx 1060 6gb
2x fury X ddr3 RAM (will be sold for 2x 8gb ddr4 sticks)
Gigabyte HA-H110M-H
corsair CX-600w bronze
cooler master hyper T4 RR-T4-18PK-R1
corsair carbite spec 3 tower

the problem is the price.It may not look much in $,but where I live it´s 400$ more expensive...
