Which motherboard would be best for me?

Hi this is the first time i am posting on these forums so please forgive me if i make a mistake.

I am looking to buy one of the following i5-4670 cpu/mobo deals from microcenter.

I use my computer for gaming at max graphics settings while recording with dxtory or streaming/recording with OBS to twitch.tv. I mainly make youtube videos. but last week my cpu/mobo died and i am looking to replace them.

the rest of my computer setup is as follows:
cooler master 600w power supply
nvidia gtx 560 ti
4 gigs of ram (i find it plenty from past experience before my computer broke)
cooler master hyper 212 evo.
1 ssd for OS and editing software
2 1T HDD for recording to and playing the game from.

Bonus question:
I am thinking of getting a second monitor for stream chat/skype/music browser/computer temp monitor. do you think a non widescreen 15" monitor would be enough?

I'm using 2 23 inches screens, and I rarely use more than one fourth of my second screen... so yeah, 15 inches should be enough, in my opinion.
