I am getting the Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core and wondering if I really should just stick with the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 or save a few more weeks and get the ASRock Z77 Extreme9 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard. I am looking to overclock but it is not a must have. I am just wondering what the big differences would be and why.

They should overclock similarly and you need to decide if you need the added features of the 9.
