Which motherboard?

what mother board can run 2 graphics cards,have 4 usb 3.0 headers 1 supercharge header,(for case i/o) and run everything else on my build ?

According to your requirements the only boards with four usb 3.o headers are going to be the very high end boards like this one.

Here are some more and it seems like Gigabyte has a better selection with the usb 3.0 headers.

I was going to be using the z77 asus sabertooth motherboard but it only has 2 usb 3.0 headers so 2 would have to be usb 2.0 and budget around $200

The Maximus V Formula would be the best options for you. Nothing beats it.

And you really don't need the Maximus V Extreme if you aren't gonna overclock like crazy.
