Which motherboard?

So, putting together a rig for a friend. It's going to be a gaming rig for around 800. Full specs here:

Although I'm divided about the motherboard. Budge is not a huge issue, but under 130. A little higher would be acceptable if features were outstanding. These are the two I have down:

I agree with the Asrock choice , it has enough pci-e slots to do crossfire if that is something that is a consideration later on. The feedback for that board is also very good.
