which motherboards fit the amd a10 5800k

i am plannig to get a amd a10 5800k and i was looking and saw two relatively similar motherboards. they were asrock fm2a75 pro4 and the other one was fm2a75 pro4-m.do they both fit the a10 5800k and if only one does, which one?

Either board will work. They are basically the same board, except the -m model is micro ATX in size and the other is full ATX size.
