Let me explain why I suggest the CrossHair Hero VI or VII...

Firstly it sounded like you wanted a singular THE best. But mostly: the only criteria you stated was 'Good VRM... Stable BIOS' embellished with a singular "I am an overclocker". With that in mind: these boards are clearly the best, with very strongest VRM and one of the best BIOS--ever since Ryzen's initial release in the case of the CH6--both features and stability. They also have terrific hardware features aimed directly at serious overclocking. With this board, as you're struggling to maximize your OC with whatever cooling choices you make up to and including LN2, you'll never have to wonder if the motherboard is the limiter. It's either your silicon, or you.

But...

yes i already get these.........................
GPU = MSI GeForce GTX 1070Ti GAMING 8G, 8GB GDDR5, PCIE x16 3.0
RAM= G.SKILL Flare X (for AMD) 8X2=16GB 3200BUS DDR4 RAM
AIO cooler= CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H115i AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, 280mm Radiator

That is a good choice of RAM. For overclocking, you will definitely need an X370 series motherboard.

Depending on your budget, cheaper options are best with Asrock such as the Asrock X370 Killer SLI Plus or if you want to get a higher end one, the Asrock X370 Taichi is a very good option.
Otherwise, the one @drea.drechsler suggested are also good choices. I will also add the Asus ROG Strix X370-F Gaming and the Gigagbyte X370 Aorus Gaming K5. Your choice between these will be added functionalities or nice to haves (higher ram support, better VRM, better capacitors, RGB options, etc etc)

Thanks a lot julienruc

But probably the most important reason is this board is extremely heavily represented in the most active and aggressive Ryzen overclocker forums. You'll find experiences, advice, benchmarks, utilities, hacked BIOS'. Also benchmark results taken with a huge variety of memory sticks and a number of processor types/lot date codes so you can gauge your success. You'll have no shortage of resources to fall back on, something sorely lacking with most other boards.

But if you just mean 'i'm ok bumping it up a couple notches' when you say 'i'm an overclocker' you can save some money with boards like mgaam suggests.
