I am looking for a corsair mouse to match my corsair keyboard. I do not know which one is better optical or laser. I have heard that sometimes high dpi can help and sometimes low dpi can be better. The two are http://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-gaming-sabre-rgb-optical-gaming-mouse-black/9163159.p?id=1219397085636&skuId=9163159 and Corsair - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-gaming-m65-rgb-usb-laser-mouse-black/8318015.p?id=1219323749808&skuId=8318015. I play fps games and some open world as well as minecraft. I use my current optical mouse over a wooden desk so i do not know how well laser will work or if i will have to use

It's on sale for a good deal (yes, it's usually $70). I've had it for almost 2yrs so far with no problems. Has macros, plenty of buttons, my personal assessment is it's comfortable but that's different for everyone. Weights for tuning (to make it lighter/heavier), adjustable dpi on the fly.

There are others here on sale.

You might find a good deal on something you like that fits your scheme. A4tech is a relatively unknown brand but it's far from junk and has gotten pretty good reviews. I'd...
This depends on games you play. If you are in budget go for optical you will never need to play at really high dpi settings like Laser and such. You can go for Alternatives like Logitech G402 or Mx518. These mices are pretty long lasting has my Mx518 for 8 years then it went out.

the price of both the mice is the same im trying to stay under $80 and i dont play pro or care about the precision too much i just need a better mouse that works well and can last

I'd rather have a $20-30 mouse go out than an $80 one. Mine was a replacement for a $45-50 gigabyte mouse that the left click died on in around 6mo.
