Which network adaptor should I get?

First of all, I have done quite a lot of research on this as mine accidentally broke while transporting my pc coming from the computer shop.
So basically, everyone believes that PSI-E network adaptors are much better than USBs, however I want to know if some USBs would be better than a PSI-E of the same price.

The ones I am looking at are:
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=200_328&products_id=19489
and
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=200_328&products_id=32182

The second option has both faster theoretical speed, almost twice as fast as the PCI-E one. The EDIMAX also got an award or something.
They are both 47$ and I want to know which one I should get, or another suggestion is better than both of them (but within the same price range)

Thanks,
Walter

there a reason PCI-E more popular, from my experience (long time ago)..

usb wifi dongle usually can get heated up very fast, lowering the connection quality..
it have advantage can be placed to avoid interference using usb cable extender..
(but you can also buy antenna extender cable for PCI-E one)

speed will depends on many things
(do your network/router/hotspot support ac?)
