Which nvidia driver is best for Palit 780Ti Jetstream?

Hi. I normally would install the latest drivers, but after looking at some videos and finding that 780Ti performance is normally close to 1050Ti (but way better in older games,) and after looking at some forums, IMO nvidia is deliberately slowing down the 780Ti.

As such, which nvidia driver for 780Ti with Windows 10 support is the best, performance-wise?

As an owner of a 780 I use the latest drivers without issue. These videos, were they games running DX12? The latest cards support DX12 much better.
