Which Nvidia GeForce GPU should i buy

I have a low configuration custom desktop with this specification

MB - Intel DB75EN
Processor - 3rd Generation Intel Cor i3 3220 3.30 Ghz
Ram - Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1333mhz
PSU - Thermaltake Litepower 450 Lite
HDD - 500GB Hitachi & 1tb Samsung

Well i am not a hardcore gamer but i like to play Fifa 13, 14, Crysis series, Call of duty series, NFS The run, sniper elite this kind of game and i play everyday 1 to 2 hour max. All of this game run without any graphics card installed in my CPU Fifa and NFS run pretty good but some time give some lagging problem at some stage but in other games like crysis 2 its lag very often.

So i decided to buy a budget graphics card and bought Zotac GT610 2GB Synergy edition thought that it may let me play smoothly with low graphic detail but surprisingly it lag so much then my IGT intel hd graphics crysis stooped 2 time while playing at graphic detail low settings, but i never faced that problem with my IGT intel HD graphics.

Can any one recommend me which Nvidia graphics card should i buy to run most of the game smoothly at low graphic detail set. A budget graphics card recommendation will be so much appreciated, its ok that i have to play at low graphics detail at game settings.

Its hard to recommend anything below a GTX 650 or 750. Anything below is that is not really a gaming card. Other cards may play games, but as you said, your settings would be on low.

The PSU is the main concern for me because it can't handle any decent card. And personally, I don't trust Thermaltake PSUs much so I'm not going to bet on that one.

Let me be more specific my budget is max 100$ - 120$ any more suggestion on this because this time i was lucky that my friend took my gt 610 and saved my ass, i don't want to waste more money on this as i don't have a lot of them and in my area zotac is more available than evga will brand make difference in performance and also do i need to change my power supply?
