Which of my PC's is better to upgrade

I currently have 2 rather old pc's in use with the following specs:

AS Rock 775 DUAL-VSTA
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Socket 775 LGA
2 x 2gb DDR RAM
NVidia GEForce 8400GS

ASAS P5N73-AM
Intel Pentium E5200 775 LGA
2 x 1GB DDR2 RAM
NVidia GEForce 7050

They are both running XP.

What I'd like to know is, which of the 2 is the better system to concentrate on with regards to upgrading should I wish to?.......I'm still getting my head around building one completely myself, so for now would like advice on what I can do with what I have......Thanks in advance.

Hi.

I was just about to edit my post to state that............Well spotted......lol

I'm not really fussed as far as gaming is concerned, so basically, I would want it for general, everyday use........The Asus one actually belonged to my housemate & is about 4 years old. She was going to throw it out because it wouldn't boot up properly & kept crashing....The AS ROCK one was built for me about 4 years ago also, although it was done on the cheap by a friend...I'm no computer wizard, but decided to have a go at bringing the ASUS one back from the dead myself...........After much googling & 4 weeks of frustration & headaches, I managed it, which, never having attempted anything like that before, left me rather chuffed with myself......Unfortunately, I wiped the hard drive & also replaced it, believing that was the problem, which had Vista on it, hence it now having XP, which I have the disk for.......I think I can safely say now that the problem was actually a faulty RAM, but it was a great learning curve for me & I now have the building bug...........lol
