Which is better r7 370 4gb or gtx 950 2gb and if I choose the second gpu which psu is better silverstone strider essential gold 500w or seasonic g-series 450w gold? Thanks in advance for your help and no need to rush it!!

For me,the 950 is a better card.
Also I'd go for that seasonic PSU.
(Their PSUs are good)

Definitely the GTX 950 and Seasonic PSU. The Silverstone is a Sirtec platform with all Chinese caps.

Thanks and one last I was thinking getting the Intel I5 6400 but I see that for a little more money I can get the I5 6500 and I was wondering does it worth it?

I would really go for the 6500 if you can afford the extra, it's about 8% better on average when it comes to gaming and beats the 6400 on price to performance.
