Hey guys , i need some help in deciding one of the below controller, i never used a gamepad before so have no idea about it ,

Xbox one with no questions it is hook and play out of the box, console experience all the way.

I use an Xbox one controller and it hasn't had any issues so I agree with Tzn. The only issue is that it is not wireless. You can buy a wireless Xbox 360 controller specifically for PC or just the Wireless USB module is you already have a 360 controller.

PS controllers need added software which can have problems. Xbox controllers are a lot safer choice.

Is xbox one wireless?

No, they may release a USB module in the future to make it wireless but wouldn't hold my breath.
