The GTX 1050 Ti is the best of the lot, undoubtedly. Get the Zotac OC edition if possible. Chances are, it'll cost you less and will deliver similar performance to the Gigabyte edition.

3 is the low cost option to go with, 8 is if you want something better but can't go over 20,000, but the best are the 1050 Ti's.
