Which of the following laptop models will be faster? And why?
  • Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming Intel
    • Link
    • Core i5 10300H (2.50 GHz with Turbo Boost Upto 4.50 GHz)
    • DDR4 4GB 2933 MHz
    • 512 GB SSD
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB)
  • Dell Inspiron 14 - 5410
    • Link
    • Core i5 - 11300H
    • 8GB, 2x4GB, DDR4, 3200MHz
    • 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive
    • Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics
  • Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming Ryzen
    • Link
    • Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 4600H
    • DDR4 3200 MHz
    • 512 GB SSD
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
Will Dell be faster than the rest as its processor is faster than both as per versus.com? Is versus.com correct as Ryzen 5 4600H is hexa core? Userbenchmark gives Ryzen an edge. Am also concerned because 4600H is a bit older (Q2 2020) than i5-11300H (Q1 2021) .

Will graphics cards in lenovo laptops will outdo any advantage that Dell i5-11300H might have?

The Ryzen rig would be fastest. It has more available core/threads, for modern titles, plus the GTX 1650 is faster than Intel's iris xe.
What could be disadvantage in terms of features of Ryzen model over i5 model? Are you able to spot any?
I guess Type C of Dell i5 can run external monitor, but that does not seem to be the case with Lenovo Ryzen, right?

Also anything else?

Lenovo Ryzen spec doc (page 1 says "data transfer only"), Dell Inspiron i5 spec doc (page 9 says USB 3.2 Gen2 (USB Type-C) port with DisplayPort/Power Delivery/Thunderbolt (optional) )

What is the purpose of this laptop?

If it is primarily for fast action gaming, then a discrete GTX1650 will be better in fast action games than the xe graphics.

How much ram is installed?
You should want 16gb.
Your link to the lenovo intel shows 8gb of ram(the 4gb is GTX1650 vram)
8gb may not be enough, but adding 8gb should be possible giving added capacity and dual channel operation.
The dell comes with 8gb, but to get to 16gb, you will need to replace all of it.
The ryzen ideapad comes with 8gb. You would want to add 8gb, but be careful since ryzen is tightly tied to ram it is not clear if you can add ram, or if you must replace.

From a processing power point of view, the ryzen is better if you are running multithreaded apps that can make use of all 12 threads.
If your purpose is gaming, then the single thread performance of the 11300H is the best, followed by the 10300H.
Here are links to the passmark performance ratings:
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i5-10300H+@+2.50GHz&id=3646
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Ryzen+5+4600H&id=3708

As a practical matter, all 3 processors are each about as competent in their own way.

I see many complaints about gaming laptops not performing well.
Usually gaming while plugged in.
One common cause is thermal throttling.
Laptop coolers must, of necessity be small and light.
They are also relatively underpowered.
Pay attention to the coolers on each.
You may need to reduce performance to avoid throttling.

There may be some more important specs like monitor quality and resolution.

The Lenovo has HDMI for hooking up an external monitor. I see 0 disadvantages for the Ryzen vs the i5. Gaming, the GPU matters more, and the 11th gen i5 model is lacking there. Also you get 6 cores/12 threads vs the i5's 4c/8t. Newer games can make really good use of 6c/12t chips, 4c/8t are slowly becoming unsuited for modern titles. With laptop being more of a long term purchase, vs a DIY desktop, you want to get as much use out of it as possible. Having the extra cores/threads, will prove beneficial, in that regard.
