Which of the gaming desktops listen seem better??

I am planning now on buying a Pre-built gaming desktop. I found a really good one, but I went onto YouTube and a video recommended a $750 gaming PC. (Note: The first one was $720). I really wanna know which is better in the long run. If you can tell me the differences and if they're good or bad difference.

Between the bestbuy and amazon link, both are essentially the same. However, the Intel 7th gen is last gen, so I would go for the Ryzen line due to future support and it is supported till 2020, with Ryzen 2 also coming out, so easier upgrades.
