Which of the Intel i5 cpus are overclock-able

A simple question: which of the intel i5 processors are overclockable. I know that the i5 4670K is overclockable, but what about for instance the i5-4690K?

Has it something to do with the letter K?

Any model ending in "K" is unlocked from Intel for overclocking (such as i5-4690K). All others can be overclocked through hacking, or rooting the CPU (not a beginner's task).
