I am thinking about getting a new gaming laptop. The first one is MSI and the second one is Pc Specialist customizable laptop. I am attaching you the photos if someone can give me feedback to know which of them has better cooling.

MSI GE75 Raider

Octane VI (Pc Specialist customizable laptop)

Thank you in advance. I would really appreciate your feedback.

It looks like you ask us which laptop has good-looking, because you put the pictures.

You should look for the reviews online, also keep in mind, MSI GE75 Raider has the 6 cores i7, but Octane VI has a 8 cores i9. The 9900k will run very hot.
I add the reviews for you, check them out, read it and make the decision. When you buy the laptop, the computer specifications and brand are more important, ofc, if the laptop has cooling problem, it is bad too. So good luck with your laptop research.

Hi cin19,

Thank you very much for your support, it is really appreciated and a big thank you for the links provided, is helping me so much.

Well, let's talk about temperatures. I am not any good with hardware and I don't know what can be considered too high to impact performance or what is worse to damage either CPU or GPU.

After reading the reviews you provided, the first thing that I find as a drawback in Octane VI is the battery life which is considerably lower than brand gaming laptops, but as reviewer says, no sense to use a gaming laptop unplugged. Portability... well, I don't have in mind to take this to work or use it as you can use another laptop, only to travel with it if it was necessary to move from a country to another country and this would be very unusual in my life.

Now let's talk about temperatures... I am surprised Octane VI with i9-9900K only reaches 80 degrees while other brands with i7-8750H and i7-7700HQ reach 90 degrees (dissapointing for Gigabyte honestly). I am more worried about GPU, that RTX 2080 reaches 82 degrees, do you think such temperatures are? 1) a risk for the computer, 2) can cause performance issues. On the other hand, MSI has better temperatures on GPU (up to 71 degrees) but CPU reaches 82 degrees. I am planning to go up to i7-8700K and RTX 2070 but still I figure out that temperatures would be quite similar.
