[SOLVED] Which of these 2 PC's? Or something else?

I'm looking to get a new PC mainly for Microsoft Office, no gaming at all. I have some VBA heavy files so want it to be reasonably quick. I know nothing about current PC's, so which of the below is best? They are both a similar price at just under £600, with the bottom one being slightly cheaper. Which should I choose, or is something else better?

I like the 1st setup but the Power Supplies in both are very poor quality.

Do you mean the powers supplies are not powerful enough, or that they are just bad models? What pushes you towards the first one? I used a cpu comparison site and the Ryzen came out quite ahead of the intel chip. As I said though there will be no gaming or 4K etc, just MS office and maybe some SD video watching.

My main pc is a i7-5820 with a 980Ti (Overkill I know as again no gaming). It's plugged into a wemo and never draws more than 200W. It flies with the office files but another one I use (my older Pc) cannot cope, hence the replacement.

Which specific SSD, RAM, HDD?

TBF the ssd will be replaced for a 850 evo I already have after I've cloned it across. Is the Ryzen much better than the i5. I checked both on a benchmark site and the ryzen gets 19921 ranked 74 and the i5 13488 ranked 218. Both are better than my i7, but I'm surprised the Ryzen seem so far ahead, so was wondering what the catch is?

Fair enough on the drive. But you're still paying for parts you might not want and use.
And for a brand new system, you probably don't want to clone it, but rather just do a complete clean install on the 850 EVO.

Ryzen vs Intel? There is no 'catch', just that the Ryzen is a bit better in some uses and benchmarks. Intel is better in others.

500W Aerocool Integrator 80+ Certified Power Supply ...Replace this for sure. Very very poor build quality. They tend to put very poor PSU's in most prebuilts to save $$$.
