Which of these 2 same price mobo do you recommend?

They both look so similar to me! Which do you think is better and why?

I would choose the msi for it's dvi port and one reviewer got his 4100 to work without a bios flash. Both boards are limited to 95w cpus, which limits it to lesser phenom II's and bulldozers.

I've seen this same comparison, and as I recall my advice was to choose the one with the most useful I/O peripherals to your purpose. I double-checked and they bot support your ADX455WFK32GM CPU. 'I' prefer the ASUS BIOS.
