Which of these 3 monitors for gaming?

Which one is better? An ASUS VK246H, ASUS VW246H or an ASUS VS239H-P, I would use this monitor for gaming mostly. They are all relatively cheap on Ebay, which is why I have these 3 in mind. or might there be a better monitor in the same price vicinity as these? (no more then 190$) I am using a Sony KDL-40s2010 if it helps anyone.

Only reason I'm thinking of changing is because this HDTV only reaches 1080i so I don't get a higher resolution then 1360x768 that's really the only reason. I thought 1980x1080 would look better but I guess I'll just be keeping this tv instead for a couple more years, thanks.
