Question Which of these budget gaming monitors is better?

Basically I need a new monitor and I'm on a budget with a budget PC as well (2200g, RX 580 4GB). I have it narrowed down to these two here:

IPS and FreeSync are important to me, which is why I have it narrowed down to these. Which would you get and why? Thanks!

The HP monitor is 1 inch bigger as well as 50cd/m^2 brighter than the LG one ( about 20 percent brighter at times ) and has a wider contrast ratio (more colors) than the LG one, as well as supporting 75hz, not natively. The only advantage the LG has is that the monitor stand and trim looks better to me, and it supports 75hz natively, while the HP is native at 60hz. Id use the LG one because i dont like the white trim of the HP,but you could think otherwise.
