Deciding between these cases;

Phantom 410
Phantom 530
Phantom 630 Windowed Edition
Fractal Define R4
Fractal Define R5
Obsidian 550D

Here's my thoughts on each case;

Phantom 410 is a nice case with good airflow, but it has a lack of fan filters and doesn't support 200mm fans.
Includes 2 x 120mm and 1 x 140mm fans.

Phantom 530 supports 200mm fans, and adds fan filters in most locations. The price is a bit iffy though.
Includes 1 x 200mm and 1 x 140mm fans.

Phantom 630 windowed edition is currently on sale for $150 on ncix.com, and is the only real reason I'm considering it. It's lack of a GPU-based case fan is aggravating, and the size is a bit unnecessary for my needs.
Included 2 x 200mm and 1 x 140mm fans.

The Fractal Define R4's sound isolating foam is the reason I'm considering it. From what I've been seeing however, it's tight for airflow and the foam absorbs heat easily.
(2 fans included, but not sure what size.)

The Fractal Define R5 fixes some things of the R4, but I'm not sure if its worth the price increase

The Obsidian 550D is a bit overpriced in my opinion, not sure if it's better than the fractal.
Includes 3 x 120mm fans

I'm probably ordering from NCIX.com since I don't want to deal with shipping costs for big products like cases.

The Fractal R4 is a great buy. You're right, the R5 does solve some problems from the R5 but it's still not perfect and definitely not worth the price. The heat distribution inside the R4 isn't as bad as you think. The only thing you have to make sure is that you have enough fans for your system. If you're running dual 290x's or something insane like that you should look at one of the phantoms. But otherwise the R4 is an awesome case and you won't be disappointed with it.

I'm looking at the GTX 970, Possibly two after like 2-4 years. Running with a hot 8320 CPU. My PSU is particularly large and it usually blocks the bottom fan. If I get that case, I'll be keeping the fans it comes with and adding 4 noctua fans (2 x 140 on top, 1 x 140 side, 1x 140 front). Do you think the Fractal R4 will suffice for cooling?

I'm thinking of the Phantom 530 in particular because the 200mm fans will be decreasing the noise of what would be a 120 or 140mm fan. It doesn't have noise dampening material but it's known for being pretty quiet. It'll also obviously be better cooled than the fractal.
