I definitely agree that the Xigmatek Gaia is a solid heat sink, but the cooler master pumps out 30-40% more air, and the heat pipes are connected at the bottom, which helps some with dissipation.Don't have time to check to see if it's compatible, but I would definitely recommend the Xigmatek Gaia, if only because of the price. $20 for a cooler that's comparable to the 212 Evo. I assume that because you're looking at a Night Hawk, the Gaia would also work.
