Which of these drives would be the best option for a 4TB hard drive?

I am strongly focused on speed but also reliability. I have considered two 2 TB hard drives in RAID 0 but I don't think I shall. So which of these hard drives would be the fastest and most reliable? (I am not considering the WD black drives despite their performance- they are just too expensive.
