which of these GPU's are good?

i am planning to buy a R9 270x but i can't decide from which company to buy i have narrowed my choices from the two below..and i want to know that weather VTX3D one is good and which Directx does it have 11.1 or 11.2?

all amd r5 and r9 series will support dx11.2 and in the future dx12

There both great and will have the same preformance i recommend going with saphhire since they have great support and can be overclocked very well the X edition is a great card it has better overclocking and will save you money on the power
