That is very subjective as it depends on what you want with your MOBO

You did not indicate what processor you intend to operate on it. So
You should be made aware none of these allow processor overclocking and none will have updates to allow operation of Zen 2 processors.

With that in mind they'd all function pretty much as well as any other with any Ryzen 1000 or 2000... even the 8 core variants since they can't overclock. What would distinguish one from another would be features important to you.
