Which of these is better RAM?

I will be using them for gaming with an i5 6600k and a GTX 1070 Founder's Edition.

The 3200 would be technically better, but realistically you would be hard pressed to notice a difference between any of them.

Either the 3200 or 3000 would be the best. Bother run at the same latency of 10ns, so both should give the same performance but the 3000 is a bit cheaper.

The 3000 has the lowest latency of them all, which puts it above the 2666 for sure. I'd probably get it over the 3200 actually. If the 3200 were cas 15, then that would be the best.

Agreed, the 2666 for the cost isn't even worth considering with a $4 price difference. Nothing wrong with the 3200 stuff, its just the same performance as the 3000 but with an added price increase. If you were to try and OC these sticks past their rated speeds things may change but thats a whole different matter.

3000. Nice price/speed/cas sweet spot at the moment it would seem. And a number of games like faster ram to help with fps mins. Plenty of benches that have been done....well worth to go 2666+ with a 6600k especially.

Are you OCing the CPU at all, (asking as you may well need a bit of an OC to run 3000 or 3200. Of the three sets the best performance will be the 3200/16, very slight but the higher data rate will overcome the slightly lower CL of the 3000 sticks

i dont mind paying a bit more either

BTW i will be overclocking the cpu to hopefully 4.5GHz but i will have to wait and see if i get a good ticket in the silicon lottery.

^Sorry, I was referring to frequency vs latency. I.e. Go higher frequency before worrying too much a about timings if gaming is your thing. Just what I've read where ddr4 is concerned.
