Ilve in the Philippines btw...
Which do you guys think would be more better for programming softwares like Microsoft Visual Studios, Dev C++, etc..
Im also kinda limited on the budget and im still not sure if i'll save up to PHP 31,000
Also which would better handle casual games like LoL, Dota 2, CSGO, and sometimes Fallout3

Most programs are going to be cpu intensive and ram intensive. Especially when you're running the program and the inevitable infinite looped error happens. Also the 920m is a slightly better gpu. So if you're gaming i'd go with that one. But if you can find a laptop thats got a better cpu/ram and you're primary use is programming i'd look into that first.
