Which of these models should i buy?

I saw a lot of posts about the comparison of different GTX 970 models but none of them had different variants of MSI and GIGABYTE compared, like MSI has two variants for gtx 970

I am planning to play at 1080p, so which one of these should i buy, also i wanted to save those 3k for a controller or a speaker system! so, how much of a difference will it make if i go for msi or gigabyte OC edition??

The rest of my configuration is

i5 6500 skylake
Asus Z170-P
Gskill Ripjaw 8gb ram 2400 mhz
seasonic acii 620w psu
seagate baraacuda 1tb hdd

also will my motherboard bottleneck my cpu or gpu in any way?
