Hello,

I am choosing between the Acer XB273k 27in 144hz 4K monitor which has DCI-P3, 107% sRGB, 73% Adobe RGB, and Delta E. and the Asus ROG Swift PG279Q 27in 165hz 1440p which is 107% sRGB and 73% Adobe RGB

Will these be good photo editing? Is the Adobe RGB large enough to use with Adobe RGB settings in Photoshop? Which will be better overall regardless of which color space I use?

I will use it for graphic design, photo editing, video editing.

Hello,

I have researched and learned more after my first post about the Acer monitor.

I have found these monitors. Which one will be best for graphic design, video editing, print, and gaming.

Acer XB273k 27in 4k 144hz with 90% DCI-P3, 100% sRGB, 82 percent Adobe RGB, Delta 2 (with gray scale .42 % and gamma 2.2% in DCI-P3 mode, and gray scale .43% and gamma 2.0 % in sRGB mode). Switchable between DCI-P3 and sRGB, 400 HDR certified. Toms Hardware says the color accuracy is high and same levels as professional level monitors for graphics. Calibrated from factory.

BenQ's SW2700PT 27in 2K 60hz 99% Adobe RGB, 99% sRGB/Rec .709, and 14Bit LUT Delta E 2.

Dell 27in Ultra Sharp 2K 60hz with Premium color 100% Adobe RGB 100% sRGB 100% Rec 709 98%DCI-P3

Which is best? Which is 2nd best?

Please don't create multiple threads. You could've easily just added that info on your existing thread.

If I were you I'd stick to the Acer, if the Dell's costing you more. If I had no limitation on the funds and the Dell was priced higher, I'd pick the Ultrasharp, no doubt.

The Acer is 899 and the Dell is 599.
I have a chance to take the laptop back and get the one a step above, but it would cost a xtra 800 dollars. The difference is the sRGB screen is 100% and has the verified Pantone screen precalibrated from the factory. The model I have now is 100% sRGB but doesnt have the verified Pantone screen. Both are Asus laptops.

Should I get the monitor or upgrade the laptop?
