My main purpose is for playing games such as r6 siege and I'm using a ryzen 7 3700k with a EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB XC ULTRA GAMING Video Card.

I would go for the 240hz ViewSonic. RTX cards can work on freesync monitors.
