Which of these motherboards is better

I'm going to be getting this build, or a similar build in the future. I Also plan on upgrading a few things like the cpu and graphics card later, to more high end stuff. My question is whether I should be using this motherboard, or if I should be getI ting something better like the asrock h97m pro4.
I do not plan on overclocking.
My budget is $75 or less. Suggestions are good also. Thanks

If you want 8gb of ram, buy a 2 x4gb set to take advantage of dual channel on your board.

Your PSU choice is poor. Its a Tier 4 PSU, avoid at all costs! Tier 2 PSU as a minimum. Tier 3 if you absolutely can't afford any teir 2 psu's.

A EVGA B2 550w PSU is only $8 more, and is a Tier 2 PSU with more power. Pay the extra. In fact you can get the 750W EVGA B2 for $2 less than you current choice.
