Hey all.

I am going to be building my first gaming RIG soon and I am happy with my spec list however I am having trouble choosing a motherboard. This is going to be running with an i5-3570k and a GTX 670.

There 3 Motherboards are around the same price range and yes I can see the full spec list but I don't really know what I'm looking at. I need help picking out the best one.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_711_1183&products_id=19867

Asus P8Z77-V LK: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_711_1183&products_id=20036

Gigabyte GA-Z77-DH3: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_711_1183&products_id=19920

Which of these Motherboards will run the best and give me the best gaming experience and why?

They will all perform fairly similar. Just pick the one thats cheapest or fits your colour scheme etc.
When looking at mobos, all you really need to look at is sata sockets to make sure there is enough and pci-e slots if you consider sli/crossfire or have a soundcard or tv tuner etc.

Thanks. I'm going to be using a BitFenix Merc Alpha case so it won't be seen anyway.

I will probably go with the ASRock Z77. I can't find any info on the Gigabyte and I have heard of people having trouble with Asus boards.

It has SLI and PCI-E 3.0 I think, it should be good enough. I don't plan on ever running more than 2 video cards.
