Which of these motherboards would be best for overclocking and gaming on max specs. Here is my system:
intel i5 3570k
msi gtx 770 twin frozr
crucial ballistix tactical 8 gb (1866 MHz)
Zalman Z11 midi tower case

is the extreme 4 better than this?

The Extreme4 is one of the most recommended motherboards for a reason. I don't have that ASUS board and I'm sure it's not bad but I would go with the extreme4
