Question Which Of These Motherboards Would Be The Best One?

I will be using an "i5-13600K" CPU.

Someone told me the -best- motherboard for it is the "ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI".

Someone else told me I should get the "ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-I GAMING WIFI" instead since it is the latest version out.

So...

Which of them is right?

I'm planning on getting a -big- case with lots of airflow. I'm going to need airflow. I'm gonna use air cooling.

Then the Z790-I is NOT for you. That is a mini-ITX motherboard. The first one is more suitable for your stated needs in this comparison.
