CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($36.40 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - B360M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($62.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory ($139.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SSC GAMING Video Card ($264.88 @ OutletPC)
Case: DIYPC - J180-BL ATX Mid Tower Case...
This case https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353106 includes 3 pre-installed fans at the same price as the one you selected, so you wouldn't need to buy any extra.

You should get a B360 of a H310, they are almost the same price but the B360 offer more.

Your RAM speed is capped to 2666mhz by the motherboard, so no need for 3000mhz

You could save a little and get a Corsair CX or CXM power supply, usually they are around the 35-50 dollar mark and often times on sale or have rebates.

For your CPU cooler the Intel stock cooler will work so one isn't necessary. But if you do want a after market, I would suggest ditching ARCTIC - Freezer 33 and spend the little extra on a Cryorig H7. Looks better and is a excellent cooler. Or you could save some and try and find a Coolermaster 212, lots of used ones and they go on sale alot.

Also if this is a gaming rig, id ditch the cheap speakers and get a decent headset, the Logitech G430 are good for their price and have virtual surround sound.

As far as your SSD, Ive never heard of this brand, not to say its bad but you may want to do some research, some of these off brand SSDs are junk and others are pretty good. The one concern is the 240GB, it will fill up very fast, 500GB usually offers a better price to capacity as well.

Im putting together another build for you with my changes, will post it in a bit

Solution

I've done some research into those inland ssd's and they seem ok but they have a really high failiure rate so I would not recommend it.
