I'd take the antec 620 hcg mate , seasonic m2 based unit anyway & modular .

That Evga is just OK, not highly recommended and not recommended at all for a newer Intel like Haswell or newer.

The evga is a g1 & middling quality , the g2 & the GS are the good ones.

Go for the antec - its a rebadged seasonic m2 620w really.
Excellent quality & a good price.
