Which of these PSU's are most reliable and most silent?

I'm looking to buy a new PSU for my 780 Ti.
Which of these will be most silent (important) and most reliable?

Seasonic is the obvious answer, especially if it was Gold, but that costs more.

Are they all within budget? The Corsair 650M is probably the one I would get. If that's to much, the XFX unit is good.

Budget is 800 DKK at most, preferably less. But I know it's important to not cheap out on PSU's
I'm really noise sensitive, especially during idle, so I wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for silence.

Your GTX780ti will run on a 620w psu.

From a reliability point of view, Seasonic is about the best.
Note that XFX is also made by Seasonic.

The 650w XFX would do the job.
But, overprovisioning a bit to the 750w Seasonic makes some sense.
Not so much at idle, but under load, the 750w unit will not need to work so hard and will be quieter.
