The Cooler Master is probably the best of the models listed but I would not buy any of them. I'd spend a little more and get a higher quality PSU myself. Is Corsair CX550 available to you?

If those are your only choices I'd go for the Cooler Master Mwe Bronze v2, it's a solid unit.

The Cooler Master you listed is probably a little better than the Adata XPG Pylon but not by much. The XPG Core Reactor is the good model from Adata.

450w is more than enough for a system that consumes max 230w. Better a good quality 450w than a mediocore or bad 550 - 700w. Corsair CX450/550, Bitfenix Formula Gold 450w for example.
