Which of these PSUs to buy?

Hello,

I am finding it difficult to choose between these 2 Power Supplies:

EVGA 650GQ V1 650W 80 Plus Gold Semi-Modular
Super Flower Leadex II 650W 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular

I saw they both were in the t1 gold page of Tom's Hardware but still can't choose between these two because my knowledge of power supplies is limited. The Super Flower is more expensive but not by much so I wouldn't mind getting the Super Flower if it is better.

My build:
Ryzen 5 1600 (going to overclock)
MSI Tomahawk B350 or Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3 (also can't choose between these 2 motherboards)
G.Skill F4-2666C15D-8GVR Ripjaws V 8GB (2x4GB) 2666MHz DDR4 CL15 1.2V (already bought)
RX 580 or GTX 1060 6gb
SSD and HDD
Quite a few case fans 3 - 5

Any suggestions for my build would also be welcomed.

Super Flower Leadex II 650W ....Far Superior , one of the best on the market.

GQ is a good PSU, but Superflower is by far better
