Go with Patriot Viper as it has a memory clock speed of 1866MHz which is slightly faster than 1600MHz. Some may argue sayin that you will not notice any difference, yes, you will not see any major difference but the system will experience it.

1600MHz (Kingston and GSkill) memory is considered as the entry level speeds for the current motherboards (Z77). I'd suggest to go with the Patriot memory else you may go with any brand you prefer. If you need some other brand with 1866MHz then search for it or give me a shout, I'll do it for ya. Good luck mate!!

Both are good sets. The difference between them is the speed. One is 2133MHz while the other is 1866MHz. Both the speeds are compatible and you can decide which speed you need. Good luck!!

Interesting..h87...meaning not going to OC eh?
1. With stock cooler, any RAM will do. Low profile or huge RAM modules will not make any differences
2. DDR3 1866 or higher will not bring much unless you can get them with real good price. DDR3 1600 is already fines.
Those 3 options you listed before are fine. Simply pick the cheapest one, even if it is only USD1 less.

Note: G.SKill is my favorite at the moment
