Which of these services and startup items can I disable? What do they do?

I would like to know if I can disable any of these services and what do they actually do?

- ASUS com service
- ASUS hm com service
- ASUS system control service
- ASUS fancontrolservice
- Bluetooth service (will disabling this stop bluetooth from running? I need to use bt often)
- creative audio service
- sound blaster audio service
- intel rapid service technology
- IconMan_R (realsil microelectronics inc)
- intel capability licensing service interface
- intel proset monitoring service
- intel dynamic application loader host interface service
- intel management and security application local management service
- nvidia network service
- rstwmiservice
- nvidia geforce experience service
- intel capability licensing service tcp ip interface

and these are the startup items i need help with, what do they do and should i disable them?

- delayed launcher intel rapid storage technology iastaricon.exe
- bluetooth software bttray.exe (will disabling this stop bluetooth from working?)

Most of those are needed for your asus board and Nvidia gpu

Why do you want to disable them?

just figured it may help speed up boot time

You can disable the asus services but will also disable the applications pre loaded on the OS
