[SOLVED] Which of these should I get

Hello,
lately I've been looking for new rig for way too much time and thus I'm in need of your help.
I've made a list of used computers that got my attention and I'd love to get your PRO advice on them.
I'll be mainly using my PC for gaming at around 55 FPS (Medium qualities {CS:GO, Aion, Metin2, GTA V and some FORTNITE})

2 main things that I'd like you to check are: bottlenecking, price (how would you price that computer {prices aare negotiable, so please, tell me how much should I offer to the vendor}),

I'd like to know PROs and CONs on each computer you decide to pick or highlight, I'm also keen on learning about hardware in general, so feel free to spam me with tech tips.

Is 425$ for PC number 9 a fit price? Or is it bit higher/lower than it should be?

Well theI5-6600 cpu still goes for $230. Which is crazy because you can get an I-5 9400f for $139US. Maybe look for a build with an i5-9400f in it?
