If I had a gun to my head and had to choose I would choose the middle one but trying to buy a pc from an ebay seller like that would be like buying a Lamborghini from your locally own car dealership. I think that you would be better off building yourself one.

Also if you are getting one of those you might as well buy Vista 64bit because there is no way that a 32 bit system is able to use that much memory.
