Which of these three CPU coolers for the FX 8350

I have a choice between three different coolers for my new FX 8350 I will be getting which are the Xigmatek Dark Knight SD1283, be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 2 and the Phanteks PH-TC14PE.
Out of these three which would you suggest? (I can get the Dark Knight for £32.99 and both the Dark Rock Pro 2 and the Phanteks for ~£60)

The system that I will be ordering is;
CPU: FX 8350
Mobo: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
RAM: Corsair Vengeance CAS9 LP 1600
HDD: 2TB Seagate Baracuda
CASE: NZXT Phantom 820 Matte Black

I'm aiming to go for a black and blue theme for my case, but I'm not sure which to get. The dark rock pro 2 is all black, but I'm leaning more the the Phantek, but I'm not sure which colour heatsink to go with black or blue and can I change the fans; as the white won't fit with my colour scheme? (If I can change the fans which would you suggest? If I go blue heatsink the fans need to be black and if I go black heatsink the fans need to be a not -too light or dark blue)
