Question Which of these three laptops would you recommend ?

Hello,

I live in Sweden and am currently trying to help my dad decide which laptop he should get. I've scrolled through the sites we can buy from and have narrowed it down to these three within his budget (15-20k SEK):

• MSI Vector GP66: i7-12700H & 3070Ti - 19990 SEK (~1900 USD )
• Lenovo Legion 5 Pro: i7-12700H & 3070 - 19990 SEK (~1900 USD )
• MSI Katana GF66: i7-12700H & RTX 3070 - 16990 SEK (~1625 USD )

The MSI Vector has a better GPU than the other two but I've read that the build quality and cooling of the Lenovo is better than the MSI ones. I've also read that the Lenovo is lighter. Which one do you guys recommend? He'll use it for regular surfing and YouTube as well as a bit of gaming. A 3060 would probably be enough for him currently but he want to get something that he'll hopefully be able to keep for 5-10 years. But if he wants to stay at the lower end of his budget I'll probably recommend the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with an i5-12500H & RTX 3060 which he can get for 14490 SEK (~1385 USD).

I can also mention that all three have a 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM and a 1440p 144+Hz panel so they're similar except for the GPU and price.

Does this sound like a good list? Which one would you guys pick?

The laptop's listed above are all overkill, though I'm curious to learn what sort of titles your dad would be interested in taxing the laptop and at what resolution. yes, your dad woul dget by with a lower tier laptop and for the same amount of time as you've specified above.
